Smartworks is based in London with production studios in Cape Town and Bangalore.
The London team provide the client interface and are responsible for project management, quality assurance, creative (where required) and production services for time critical projects or amendments. The majority of our production is offshored - a seamless process that does not require client interaction with our overseas offices.
The result of this smart re-engineering of resources is high quality at a lower cost.
Smartworks South Africa is located in Cape Town and is responsible for our advertising and TV production. Our team of 45 includes TV producers, designers, artworkers, retouchers and illustrators.
Smartworks India is located in Bangalore and is responsible for online production. Our team of 60+ developers are truly technology neutral with a broad range of skills including PHP, .NET, Ajax, Actionsript, application and Content Management System development.
We believe that investment in our staff pays back with loyalty and increased productivity. As such our offshore offices conform to European contracts and standards with all staff receiving regular training, healthcare, overtime, incentives and rewards.
